Senior High Mission Trips

Serving God By Serving Others

Friedens senior high youth have been serving God by experiencing mission trips all over the United States for over four decades. They have come away with a new perspective on the way other people live and the power of serving God through his people. They have helped the Salvation Army and food banks serve the community. They fed and socialized with the homeless. They helped Habitat for Humanity build a new home and Breach Menders renovate homes to make them livable again.  They cleaned out an abandoned drug house to help make the neighborhood a safer place to live.  They painted countless homes and community centers for those less fortunate.  Most commonly they helped families improve their homes by building drainage ditches, painting, building decks, and so much more.  These experiences have had a profound effect on our youth and their leaders.  We are very proud of our youth that have helped others around the United States and in our community.
